By purchasing the VIP 3-Month Membership + 1 Free Month, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Term & Access

  • This membership requires a 3-month commitment and includes one (1) free bonus month for a total of 4 months of access.
  • Membership access is active only while the membership is in good standing.

 

2. Auto-Renewal Policy

  • This membership does NOT auto-renew.
  • After the membership ends, continued access requires the purchase of a new membership or enrollment in a separate month-to-month plan.

 

3. Payments & Payment Plans

  • Members may choose to pay in full or select a payment plan at checkout.
  • Payment plans are provided through Klarna.
  • Any interest, fees, or payment terms associated with payment plans are determined solely by Klarna and are not controlled by Salsa Kings.

By selecting a payment plan, you agree to Klarna’s terms and conditions.

 

 4. Cancellations & Early Termination

  • This membership is non-cancelable.
  • No refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be issued for unused time, promotional months, or early termination.
  • Failure to complete payment obligations under a Klarna payment plan may result in penalties, collections activity, or credit impact as determined by Klarna. 

 

5. Membership Benefits (Summary)

The VIP 3-Month Membership includes:

  • Unlimited classes at all active Salsa Kings locations
  • Unlimited +1 Guest Access
    One guest per class, rotating guests allowed; guest must attend with active member
  • One (1) 1-Hour Private Lesson per membership
  • Access to weekly rotating VIP classes and workshops
  • Access to VIP-only events (member + one guest)
  • Access to Salsa Kings digital content via app and web while membership is active
  • One (1) Salsa Kings shirt per membership (in-studio pickup)

 

6. Scheduling & Availability

  • Class schedules, instructors, formats, and locations are subject to change.
  • Class access may be limited by capacity and may require advance reservation.

 

 7. Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable, including promotional or free bonus months.

  

8. Code of Conduct & Removal

Salsa Kings reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund.

 

9. Liability Acknowledgment

 Participation in dance classes involves inherent physical risk. By enrolling, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release Salsa Kings from liability except where prohibited by law.

 

10. Agreement Acceptance 

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Service Agreement.
