By purchasing the VIP Month-to-Month Membership ($199/month), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1.⁠ ⁠Membership Term & Access
• This membership is billed on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment.
• Membership access remains active while the membership is in good standing.

 

2.⁠ ⁠Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
• This membership automatically renews monthly.
• You may cancel at any time through your account prior to the next billing date to avoid future charges.
• Cancellation ends future billing but does not result in refunds for previously billed periods.

 

3.⁠ ⁠Payments & Billing
• The monthly membership fee is $199 per month.
• Payments are processed automatically using the payment method on file.
• Any declined or failed payments may result in temporary suspension of access until resolved.

 

4.⁠ ⁠Membership Benefits (Summary)

The VIP Month-to-Month Membership includes:
• Unlimited classes at all active Salsa Kings locations
• Unlimited +1 Guest Access
One guest per class, rotating guests allowed; guest must attend with active member
• One (1) 1-Hour Private Lesson per membership
• Access to weekly rotating VIP classes and workshops
• Access to VIP-only events (member + one guest)
• Access to Salsa Kings digital content via app and web while membership is active
• One (1) Salsa Kings shirt per membership (in-studio pickup)

 

5.⁠ ⁠Scheduling & Availability
• Class schedules, instructors, formats, and locations are subject to change.
• Class access may be limited by capacity and may require advance reservation.

 

6.⁠ ⁠Refund Policy

All monthly charges are non-refundable, including unused time within a billing cycle.

 

7.⁠ ⁠Code of Conduct & Removal

Salsa Kings reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership access for behavior that is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund.

 

8.⁠ ⁠Liability Acknowledgment

Participation in dance classes involves inherent physical risk. By enrolling, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release Salsa Kings from liability except where prohibited by law.

 

9.⁠ ⁠Agreement Acceptance

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Service Agreement.
