1. Agreement & Acceptance

By registering for, purchasing a ticket or package you agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and every guest in your party. These Events are produced and hosted by the event organizer SalsaKings. If you register on behalf of others, you are responsible for ensuring they read and accept these terms.

2. Payments, Deposits & Payment Plans

Your place is confirmed only when the required payment or deposit is received. Where a deposit or payment plan is offered, the deposit reserves your spot and all scheduled installments must be paid in full by the dates disclosed at checkout. Deposits are non-refundable. Payment-plan and financing services offered by third parties (such as Afterpay or Klarna) are governed by those providers’ terms.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final and non-refundable, including deposits, installments, tickets, packages, and add-ons, whether or not you attend. At the Organizer’s sole discretion and where permitted by any third-party provider, a spot may be transferred to another person or credited toward a future Event; transfers and credits are not guaranteed and may carry fees or price differences.

4. Changes, Postponement & Force Majeure

the Organizer may modify an Event’s schedule, activities, venue, or itinerary at any time. If circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including weather, natural disaster, illness or public-health events, acts of government, or actions of a third-party provider — require an Event to be postponed, shortened, relocated, or canceled, the Organizer is not liable for any resulting costs you incur (such as airfare, hotel, transportation, or time off). Where reasonably possible we will offer a credit or rescheduled date; cash refunds are not guaranteed.

5. Third-Party Providers

Events may rely on independent third parties — including resorts, hotels, venues, transportation providers, and vendors — that the Organizer does not own or control. Your use of those services is subject to the third party’s own terms and policies. The Organizer is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, overbooking, or conduct of any third-party provider.

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability Release

Participation in dance, social events, travel, and physical activity involves inherent risks, including illness, injury, or loss. You voluntarily assume all such risks and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, release the Organizer and its owners, staff, instructors, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your participation or attendance. You represent that you are physically able to participate and have consulted a physician if any condition could affect your safe participation.

7. Code of Conduct & Removal

You agree to behave respectfully toward other guests, staff, performers, and third-party providers, and to follow the rules of any resort or venue. Harassment, violence, intoxication that endangers others, unsafe behavior, or disruption may result in removal from the Event or refusal of service, without refund and at your own expense. Decisions rest solely with the Organizer and the relevant third-party provider.

8. Media Release

By attending an Event, you grant the Organizer the irrevocable right to photograph, film, and record you, and to use your name, likeness, image, and voice in any media — including social media, websites, advertising, and promotional materials — without compensation, notice, or approval. This extends to guests in your party. If you do not wish to be recorded, notify the Organizer in writing in advance, and you remain responsible for staying out of the frame of any recording in progress.

9. Health & Safety

You agree to follow all health and safety requirements of the Organizer and any third-party provider. The Organizer may deny participation to anyone who poses a health or safety risk, without refund.

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase you agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal for any charge you authorized. Because the refund policy is disclosed and agreed to at checkout, a chargeback filed in violation of these terms is a breach of this agreement, and the Organizer reserves the right to cancel your registration and refuse future service.

11. Entire Agreement & Changes to Terms

These Terms, together with any policies and details disclosed at checkout or on the Event’s page, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Organizer regarding these Events. The Organizer may update these Terms at any time; continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
