1. Agreement Acceptance
By completing any purchase β including memberships, class packages, private lessons, events, courses, or products β you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all offers and membership types unless a specific offer agreement states otherwise.
2. Membership Types & Access
Salsa Kings offers the following membership and access options:
VIP Month-to-Month β $199/mo β Monthly, cancel anytime
Day Pass β $30 β Single day access
VIP 3-Month Membership β $399 β 3-month commitment + 1 free month (4 months total)
VIP 6-Month Membership β $649 β 6-month commitment + 1 free month (7 months total)
VIP 12-Month Membership β $999 β 12-month commitment + 1 free month (13 months total)
VIP Membership Benefits (all VIP tiers include):
- Unlimited classes at all Salsa Kings locations
- Unlimited +1 Guest Access (one guest per class, rotating guests allowed; guest must attend with active member)
- Weekly rotating VIP classes & workshops
- Full access to on-demand digital library (300+ tutorials)
- Access to VIP-only events (member + one guest)
- 1-Hour Private Lesson (unlimited participants, instructor assigned by location)
- Discounted Miami Salsa Cruise ticket
- Salsa Kings shirt (in-studio pickup)
General Access Terms:
- Membership access is active only while the membership is in good standing and all payment obligations are current.
- Free or bonus months included in a membership are subject to the same terms as the paid period.
- Access is non-transferable and may not be shared with others.
- Class schedules, locations, instructors, and formats are subject to change.
3. Auto-Renewal Policy
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, memberships do not auto-renew. Where auto-renewal applies, it will be clearly disclosed at checkout. After a membership ends, continued access requires the purchase of a new membership or enrollment in a separate plan.
4. Payment
All payments are processed securely through our platform. Salsa Kings accepts major credit cards, Afterpay, and Klarna where available. Members may choose to pay in full or select a payment plan at checkout. Payment plans are provided through Klarna and/or Afterpay β any interest, fees, or payment terms are determined solely by those providers and are not controlled by Salsa Kings. By selecting a payment plan, you agree to Klarna's and/or Afterpay's terms in addition to ours. Failure to complete payment obligations may result in penalties, collections activity, or credit impact as determined by the respective provider.
5. Cancellation Policy
Commitment Memberships (3-Month, 6-Month, 12-Month):
Non-cancellable for the duration of the agreed term. No refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be issued for unused time, promotional months, free bonus months, or early termination.
Month-to-Month Membership:
May be cancelled at any time before the next billing date with no penalty. Members retain access through the end of the current billing period.
Private Lessons:
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited at the instructor's discretion. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a prepayment requirement for future bookings.
Events and Courses:
Non-refundable unless cancelled or rescheduled by Salsa Kings.

6. Refund Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. This includes memberships, class packages, private lessons, events, courses, promotional months, free bonus periods, and products. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis solely at the discretion of Salsa Kings management. Contact us atΒ Β if you believe your situation warrants review.
7. Scheduling & Availability
Class schedules, instructors, formats, and locations are subject to change without notice. Class access may be limited by capacity and may require advance reservation. Salsa Kings is not responsible for changes to schedule or availability that affect a member's ability to attend classes during their membership period.
8. Private Lesson Policy
- Private lessons are conducted at Salsa Kings studio locations or agreed-upon venues only.
- Female Salsa Kings instructors will not attend private lessons at a client's personal residence without an accompanying instructor. This policy is non-negotiable.
- Full payment is required prior to the session. Payment confirms your booking.
- We ask for 24 hours notice to reschedule. Please communicate with us as early as possible.
9. Liability Acknowledgment
Participation in dance classes and physical activities involves inherent risk. By enrolling in or attending any Salsa Kings class, event, or activity, you voluntarily acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participation and release Salsa Kings, its instructors, staff, and affiliates from liability for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation, except where prohibited by law.
10. Code of Conduct & Removal
Salsa Kings is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all members, students, guests, and staff.
By joining our community, you agree to:
- Treat all members, instructors, and staff with respect at all times
- Maintain appropriate physical boundaries on and off the dance floor
- Communicate concerns or disagreements calmly and constructively
- Follow the guidance of instructors and staff
- Represent the Salsa Kings community with integrity inside and outside our spaces
Behavior that will not be tolerated:
- Verbal abuse, harassment, or intimidation of any kind
- Physical aggression or inappropriate contact
- Behavior that makes any member feel unsafe or uncomfortable
- Taking advantage of other members, guests, or staff
- Disruptive behavior that interferes with the learning or enjoyment of others
- Repeated disrespect after being addressed by staff
Salsa Kings reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any individual whose behavior violates these standards β at any time, without refund. This decision rests solely with Salsa Kings management and is final.
11. Intellectual Property
All content created by Salsa Kings β including course materials, videos, music playlists, choreography, and written content β is the property of Salsa Kings and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
12. Changes to Terms
Salsa Kings reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Media Release
By participating in any class, private lesson, event, course, or activity offered by Salsa Kings, you grant Salsa Kings and its affiliates the irrevocable right to photograph, film, and record you, and to use your name, likeness, image, and voice in any format or media β including social media, websites, advertising, and promotional materials β without compensation, notice, or approval. This right extends to any guests you bring. If you do not wish to be included, you must notify Salsa Kings in writing at , and you remain responsible for removing yourself from the frame of any recording in progress.
14. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
All sales are final, and by completing a purchase you agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal for any charge you authorized. Because our Refund Policy is disclosed and agreed to at checkout, any chargeback filed in violation of these terms is considered a breach of this agreement. In such cases, Salsa Kings reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your membership and access, pursue the disputed amount plus any associated fees through collections, and refuse future service. If you believe a charge is in error, contact us first at and we will work with you directly.
15. Failed Payments & Delinquent Accounts
Access to memberships and services requires your account to be current and in good standing. If a scheduled payment fails, we may re-attempt the charge, and your access may be suspended until payment is received. A failed or missed payment does not cancel a membership or release you from the remaining balance owed under that commitment. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
16. Health, Fitness & Assumption of Risk
Participation in dance classes, private lessons, and physical activity involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By participating, you represent that you are physically able to take part, that you have consulted a physician if you have any condition that could affect your ability to participate safely, and that you assume full responsibility for your own health and physical condition. You agree to stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort. This section supplements, and does not replace, the Liability Acknowledgment above.
17. Minors
Participants under the age of 18 may only enroll or participate with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must review and agree to these Terms and Conditions β including the Liability Acknowledgment and Media Release β on the minorβs behalf. The parent or guardian accepts full responsibility for the minorβs participation and conduct.

18. Entire Agreement & Severability
These Terms and Conditions, together with any policies disclosed at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and Salsa Kings. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
